This luxurious rental has 4 bedrooms, and laundry room with washer & dryer. It has a wonderful full equipped kitchen and large living room full of entertainment. It's beautifully located in central Nanaimo, and it's easily accessible to new island Highway, downtown and Westwood lake. In the front of the house, there's a cover outside lounge for smoking and there's lot of parking. Located in the back of the rental, there's a patio with a barbecue and outside dinning facilities available. The living room has a massage chair, large leather couch, 65" 4K smart TV with Xbox gaming consoles and Netflix.

Great place to stay!
My family and a few friends came up to Nanaimo for a ball tournament. This listing was perfect and our host was extremely accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing place
We only stayed for two nights unfortunately. There is really everything you might need. We could stay for months. Very comfy beds, parking in front, very quiet. Excellent! Recommendation 100%

Excellent Location and Exceptional Host
We stayed at this property to attend a Junior A hockey camp. It is centrally located to all amenities. The accommodation is 'as advertised' and the property meet all our expectations. It is a great set up for a family or group of family and friends as it offers so much more than booking some hotel rooms. Beyond the property, the host was attentive and a great communicator - he went beyond the call of duty to make sure all the little details at the property (and even more!) were covered and was a great communicator, which made the logistics so easy. An exceptional host!

No major complaints. Would of been nice to know which of the 3 containers is soap shampoo etc. Also wouldn't hurt to have access to garbage bags as the one in the bathroom was missing. Overall very happy with the place.

This property was perfect for the four of us. It was centrally located, and had all the amenities we could hope for. The host was outstanding and easy to contact. The massage chair was a wonderful treat. The huge coach awesome TV and comfortable beds were wonderful.

Perfect for a short stay
We were in the area property hunting. So much better than a hotel! We were able to relax after a busy day, eat our own food, and enjoy the massage chair! Would definitely stay again. Our needs were very simple so I would check with the host if you require something specific for example playing cards or board games, or an extra TV screen for video games.

Comfortable and very clean!
We had a great one night stay! You could smell the clean when you walked in! Beds were incredibly comfortable with nice bedding! Wonderful massage chair was an added bonus and we enjoyed the very comfortable couch with a movie. Kitchen is well stocked. Baby gate is a bit annoying but that was pretty minor. Overall great place! I would definitely stay again. Also communication with the host was excellent 😊

Lots of space with easy access to all sites on Vancouver Island
We stayed here for three nights. Lots of space for 5 people. Well equipped and very quiet. Easy access to the highway and all sites on the Island and very close to Nanaimo city center. Host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. Great stay!

Super spot!
Great homey home that was super clean. Lots of space and excellent king/ queen beds. Everyone loved the massage chair! Nanaimo has some excellent gluten free restaurants near by. Would definitely here stay again. Highly recommend for several travelers and/or families. Owner prompt & responsive in communications.

Clean accommodation at a great rate. The massage chair was a big hit after long days in the classroom! There was a bit of confusion with the wording in the listing; just a typo, which was very promptly addressed and resolved by the owner. The owner was also very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Will book this property again.

Nanaimo weekend
We had a great time in Nanaimo, and staying at Johan's place was great. It was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Johan was great host, very friendly; he got us all set up on our first day, he was available anytime we needed something, or if we had any questions. My sisters favorite part was the massage chair, she really enjoyed that. Thank you Johan for being a great Host.

Comfy house in a quiet neighbourhood.
Nice house with 2 large bedrooms & bathrooms on top floor. (1 bedroom on ground level which we didn’t use). The king size beds were wonderful. There are 14 steps up to the main living space…which was okay for our group but I don’t remember reading that when booking. Our property manager was excellent to deal with. We’ll definitely stay here again.

This house was Perfect for our needs
There were 3 children and 3 adults and there was room for everyone - so nice to have 2 full bathrooms, comfy beds with nice sheets/pillows/quilts. The kitchen had everything we needed (unusual for a lot of rentals), room for 3 cars to park, a back deck with a huge BBQ (which sadly we didn't have time to use), fabulous huge leather sectional in living room and good TV, 2 coffee makers worked well for us coffee lovers.. Johan was very available for my few calls. I would stay there again and will tell my friends to book it for their fall and winter trips to Nanaimo.
