"No one worked reception desk when I arrived. I waited along time with no help. I found the room key and went to the room. No towel, no hot water, no remote control for the TV. They turned off the electricity to the shower hot water, only on once a day, but never at the same time. "

"when we first arrived at Halo Homestay - we were concerned because it was not in a very nice area. We didn't realise how big Halong Bay city is. we were expecting sleepy little fishing village!! "Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight.
