"Great pick. It was everything I hoped for and am going back again. The onsen was awesome. The breakfast buffet was good too! Onsite convenience store was handy. The staff was helpful. The elevator is wicked fast! A very kind Japanese woman gave me some pointers for my first time onsen experience. Take the cup/bucket from the running bowl of water and pour it on yourself to acclimate your body to the warm water before going in. There are lockers for your clothes. When they tell you to bring towel from your room bring both towels (big one to dry off and small one to cover your front going into the bath). There are robes and slippers in your room to wear down there and that makes changing much easier. Enjoy your stay!"

"Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is unbeatable as it's very close to both Keisei and JR stations, so you have options. There is a conbini across the street and lots of food options in the area. It's my first choice to go when it's available. I have had issues regulating room temperature during all of my stays, though. "

"I would stay here again if I land in narita, the rooms are very large compared to most transit hotels in Japan. The staff was awesome because I was hot in my room and couldn’t manage to open the window. They saw my thermostat to the lowest temperature and opened my window when making the room. I didn’t have time to check out because I was racing back to the hotel to grab the shuttle back but everything runs on time and it’s swift and orderly:) 10/10"

"Tips for the bus ride. Make sure you check with the bus driver where it's going prior to getting in, or you may end up in a different location. The que don't work. Stay close to the middle or back door."
