"A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! "

"Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. "This hotel had beautiful gardens and a lovely view of the Mountain side, while it was a 40 minute walk into town, it was an easy, mostly flat walk along the side of the road. Staff were very accomodating and always offered to drive me in to town on their bike and pick up dinner for me. It was a lovely place to spend some time in solitude and enjoy the natural landscape of Thailand!"

"There is one private bedroom which is very nice, with an attached private bathroom. Showers for other guests are in an external building. There is another double bed at the bottom of the stairs to the loft. The loft has many beds with a great view. The place is clean and well equipped. We used the outdoor barbeque area and this was great. The breakfast was indeed local cuisine, but some may find it a bit spartan. If you like milk with your coffee don't forget to buy some and bring it with you....
