"We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late."

"This hotel had a beautiful courtyard and small pool although we didn’t get to use it during our stay. We stayed on the top floor and the room itself was lovely with high bamboo ceilings. I also appreciated that it had a large double vanity sink area. What was weird was no hand soap by the sinks so you had to walk in the shower and squeeze out body gel every time you wanted to wash your hands. Also, the guy at the front desk didn't seem very friendly and didn’t answer the phone when we tried...

"Wonderful stay in this resort. We spent only one night but everything was awesome. The room is huge and beautiful. The staff is super friendly and highly efficient to help you optimize your stay in the region. You can borrow a bike for free. Restaurant is excellent. On the day of departure, we had to take a train at night and they offered us to come back to the hotel after our visits and stay by the pool and have dinner at the restaurant before taxi to the train station. "Beautiful property, literally in the heart of Tam Coc! The room and bed were so quiet and comfortable. Pool and outdoor area is gorgeous and so nice at the end of a long day exploring. The breakfast had so many delicious options. Renting their bikes was a highlight for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel was well worth the extra money (compared to others in the area), it really made our stay in Ninh Binh amazing!"

"We enjoyed our stay, the grounds and personnel were fantastic. We stayed in a quaint bungalow with a wall that was the actual rock so when it rained, this adjoining room got cooler and humid. We discovered a good gap in the screen where mosquitoes could enter but the issue was quickly and effectively fixed. Restaurant was great and the buffet breakfast was fulsome and varied. We would be happy to return. "
