"Possibly the smallest room Ive ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was old and in poor shape, stained lampshade on the tiny desk. Glass door to bathroom so all light flooded thru there. Curtains did not meet in the middle in the bedroom. Bathroom was designed as a wet room, no shower curtain, awkward tiny 1cm "step" between toilet and shower. Kept falling over it. Windows and glass shelf in bathroom were very dirty. Tiled floor in bathroom very slippery when wet no mat provided....

"I had one of my best stays in Sri Lanka at Sam’s! The host was sooo friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable, AC and WiFi worked well, bathrooms were big and water was hot! Absolutely amazing stay for the price, I was worried about everyone saying the street was loud but it wasn’t bad at all when we went to bed around 1030-11pm, everything quieted down. Overall my favorite stay in Sri Lanka, highly recommend staying here "

"It was wonderful stay for our family of 5. You just cant beat the beach location!! Also the room, though not fancy, was spacious and clean. "Sehr saubere, moderne und gepflegte Villa. Für 4 Personen optimal geeignet. Wasantha der Hausmeister hat sich liebevoll und mit viel Mühe um alles gekümmert. Er hat uns ein Tuktuk zum mieten besorgt, uns einen Abend auf Wunsch bekocht, generell für alle Probleme ein offenes Ohr und die Villa sauber gehalten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die 2 Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad waren schön groß, sauber und gepflegt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt."
