Ask one night refund on JR hotel Kagoshima
"I supposed to check in for 2 nights on Dec 15-17, 2024. Howrver, the car I booked at Fukuoku has document provlem on the international driving lincense. I have to stay one night at Fukuoka for resolution of this problem tomorrow Monday. I call the JR Kagoshima for cancellation on 1215. They asked me get help from hotels.com directly. I did file a request for this that day. However, I did not get response from Hotel.com. I am very very disappointed in your handling the customer case like this.
I like to have no penelty because this is s situation which not in my control. Let me know the result ASAP. Thanks. Chun Hung Chen"
