"We got a suite with a private jacuzzi on the balcony - the view was great, but the place is falling apart a bit. The tub was leaking in places and had a slime-y residue inside, and multiple floorboard soft the balcony were rotted through and gave way underfoot. The photos here aren't quite reflective of the property's current state. Even in the public onsen, the windows are covered with salt on the outside, obscuring the view. Beautiful place and the food they serve was good, but some updates are much needed and we felt a bit gipped. "

"This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The indoor and outdoor onsen is incredible. The ocean views from the rooms are spectacular. Everyday there is a new sample treat to try. "

"The ocean view room was very nice. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, and staffs were nice. The only problem was the location. The last shuttle bus from the train station left around 5, and there was no public transportation."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, overlooking the ocean and a rocky cove with clear water. The onsen was clean, with nice amenities and the same gorgeous views. The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful, and the futons were fluffy. Murayama San at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We would love to visit again! "

"Such a cute little place, clean, simple decor with great vibe. Cramped but indoor bike parking. There was a washing machine, although it was in high demand so I had to wait for it, and it was a bit slow, but it did the trick. The onsen bath was private, which was nice, but there were only 2 of them, so I would imagine there might occasionally be a wait for that too. 5 minute walk from the bay where you could watch the ships and see the fishermen packing that morning’s catch."
