"I am very understanding of the fact that sometimes things might go wrong and I tend to ignore certain things that other customers may not out of understanding for the difficulties that staff face in running a property. With all of that said, this hotel is among the worst I have ever stayed in. "It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. Rude people you get on the phone can’t spend time to help you. Very scary place for a lady who first time visit the country and fo not know anything about the area. "

"The property definitely is not a hotel. The room was nice, it was like a mini apartment. It had a kitchen, living-room, fridge, microwave, a bed downstairs and the loft upstairs. Also be careful going up and down the stairs in the room, its pretty narrow. The bathroom was a decent size but the water pooled out of our shower. It definitely gives college vibes. There was a lot of students present. Check in was a breeze but it stops at 11 pm so be there on time. There is only one food option and they also close pretty early. "
