"They said they provide a ride from up hill hotel down the hill to the entrance, but most of the time it was hard to find anyone to help and we had to walk all the way down and up. Room service took 1 hour due to lack of staffs. Breakfast was also poor. "

"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of a beautiful country. The view will sell it, that’s for sure but it’s so much more. The highlight was the food. I have been typing and deleting for 10 minutes now and I can’t put into words how amazing the food was. We were there in the rainy season so I’m the afternoon the view was obscured by fog but that was ok because the lightning storm that followed lit up the landscape and put on an amazing show.
