Nice hotel to consider for Nagoya trip
Overall hotel is good but minus some points as the room is kind of dusty when I checked in (bathroom door is dusty and pillow has some dust on it). Location wise it's quite a quiet area but just a few streets away is the Sakemachi station area where tons of nightlife and entertainment can be found. Located between two metro stations, it is a convenient location for staying. Another con is there is only 1 elevator for the entire building so sometimes there is a wait.

Really good location. Within very close walking distance to the train and just overall walking distance to a lot of the tourist places. Staff was friendly, room was clean and was an easy check in/out process. Highly recommended!

サービスはもう少しだけ配慮があったら満点だった。
好きなホテルです。朝食もおしゃれなフレンチトースト。外国人のお客様もいらっしゃって素敵なおしゃれカフェなんだなとテンションは上がりました。 ただ前日からメニューも聞かれてる割に提供までに時間がかかっていて朝の忙しい時間だとちょっと難しいかも。 チェックインの時に余裕を持ってお越しくださいと言う案内が必要かなと思いました。私は余裕があったので出来立ての熱々を食べれましたが。 またコーヒーの提供時間が夜は7：00までと言うのは早すぎると感じます。であれば7時以降はセルフ用のドリップを置いておくとかして欲しかった。外出から戻っておいしいコーヒー飲みたいと思ってもなかったので結局再度外出してスターバックスで買ってきました。
