Fully Renovated With All Modern Comforts.

This 175 m2 apartment is located in the historic part of Nafplio. It has been fully renovated, preserving the authenticity and style of the mansion with antique furniture, while providing all modern comforts to its guests. The apartment is located in the historical, picturesque part of Nafplio , which used to be the first capital of Greece after the Greek war of independence. This unique Venetian mansion was built in 1707 and served as the residence of the local Pasha during the Turkish occupation. After the Greek war of independence it hosted the Executive Committee of the Greek Government. It has a beautiful view over Nafplio and has been classified as a historic monument by the Greek State. It has been decorated with antique furniture and can accommodate 6 persons.

Apartment consists of:
- Two bedrooms with king-size beds (bathrooms en suite with hairdryers)
- One room with two single beds (bathroom out of the room with hairdryer)
- Kitchen fully equipped with plates, cutlery etc.,coffee machines (instant and espresso), microwave oven,washing machine and small dishwasher.
- Sitting room and dining room with balcony
- A 60 sq.m. yard

Minimum stay is 2 nights. We will be available for assistance during your stay.

The seaport town of Nafplion, capital of the Prefecture of Argolis, is situated on the northeastern tip of the Peloponnese. It is located approximately 145 km from Athens, which is a 1.5 hours drive and the route has clear signage. Nafplion is a town that can satisfy all kinds of taste : a variety of museums and sightseeing, plenty of bars and restaurants as well as beach resorts. The town is close to many archeological sites, ideal for daily excursions like Tiryns (4km), Mycenae (25km) and the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus (30km), among others.

Public parking is available 150 meters from the house. Public buses station and taxi station at 400 meters.

RULES OF THE HOUSE.

Dear Guests,

During your stay, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
- Please make sure that the front door and the street door are locked and the windows are closed before leaving the house and during the night.
- Please make sure that the shutters are always fixed so that they don't bang in case of wind.
- Children are most welcome but we ask that you look after the house ( walls, furniture etc.).
- Also, please don't move/remove beds and tables etc. to other rooms.
- The use of the yard between 15.00-17.00 and 23.30 and on should be with respect to the neighbours. Also, chairs and other furniture from within should not be used outside, since there are outside sitting chairs.

BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT PLEASE leave the apartment in a decent state:
- Throw away all fresh food and open packets, tins,etc. and empty the trash. There is a bin in the street just outside the entrance.
- Leave the kitchen clean and tidy.
- Make sure to turn off all lights, central heating and /or airconditioning.

The house was great for our family. It was spacious, clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The only difficult part is the fact that you have to rely on public parking. But we will definitely stay there again should we travel to Nafplion.

Lovely Nafplion Rental
We really enjoyed this apartment. We travelled as a family of 5, with 3 grown children and there was plenty of room and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. Great location, close to the restaurants, shopping and lively square and still a quiet location. Very helpful hosts, Dia and Anna!

Charming Villa in Napflio
We were 3 friends for a month in Napflio. This property was perfect and had everything we needed - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, super clean, all amenities including a Nespresso coffee maker (complete with coffee), and a quiet central location. Be aware, there are a large number of stairs required to access house, parking and old town - you will get your exercise! All in all a wonderful vacation.

A gorgeous rental with all the necessary amenities
Staying at this property was one of the highlights of our vacation in Greece. The building is simply beautiful. The large windows let in light that shifts in lovely ways throughout the day. While maintaining the classic feel, the property has also been updated with a pleasant modern kitchen, modern bathrooms, and reliable wifi. Location is terrific too -- a short walk to everything in the old town while just far enough away to be pretty quiet. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, beautiful apartment in great location
This was a beautiful, beautiful apartment. The three bedrooms have great light and 5 star hotel linens. It is quiet for being right in the old part of town. The outdoor area is a fun place to sit and eat and the living dining room is comfortable and again, very beautiful. Kitchen is nice with everything you need. They even have Nespresso coffee maker. We loved our stay here and owners were very flexible about meeting us at the home when we arrived.

We miss it already!
After a slight challenge in finding the place on a hot day, everything was just amazing. This house is way better than advertised. Very well appointed, very spacious, very convenient. We loved the patio as a great place to hang out at night. It even came with our regular visiting baby cat that we named Little Buddy. Very quick walk to town and the waterfront and once you find the path, it’s easy to get to a beautiful beach with restrooms, food and drinks! We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful, Great Location
This villa is beautiful! The directions to the villa were easy to follow and parking was never a problem. Konstantinos met as at the villa and showed us around to make sure we did not have any questions. He provided bottled water, coffee, and tea, which was very nice. The villa is absolutely lovely. We had plenty of space for our family of four. In fact, I was ready to move in! The location was also excellent. My teenage children were able to explore on their own and we were able to enjoy the promenade for evening walks. Everything you need is close by. I think this is the best place to stay in Nafplio!

Amazing location and property layout
Stayed here with my family and in laws, 4 adults and 2 kids. Layout was perfect for us and the location is unbeatable. 2 minute walk to the center of Nafplio where you have all the restaurants and cafes at your finger tips. The parking can be a challenge in Nafplio on busy week ends and we stayed during August so it was a bit of a niggle. Otherwise everything was perfect. Lovely patio for the morning breakfasts and afternoon relaxing in the shade. Anna was very responsive and helpful. We would most definitely stay here again if/when we go back to Nafplio.

Great Location in Beautiful Nafplio
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath property was exactly what we were looking for during our one week stay in beautiful Nafplio. Air conditioning worked great, it has large bedrooms and common areas, it is in a central location to shopping and restaurants, and it is airy and tastefully furnished. If you plan to cook extensively while you are in town this may not be the right property for you as the kitchen is a bit cramped but since we primarily ate out it was a great location for us. Nafplio (like much of Greece) is hilly and requires you to climb many stairs to get around. This property also requires you to climb many town stairs when coming from or going to town but if you are in good health it is worth the climb. We would recommend Anna's lovely home to Napflio visitors!

Great apartment in a great lication
The apt was so perfect for our family. Super clean with great touches and well kept. A lemon tree on the terrace provided us lemons for lemonade! Everything you need is in the house. And having breakfast on the terrace is so nice. They need a recycling bin as we took our recyclables to the port area where we found blue bins. We really don't like creating more waste than necessary! Our kids loved the bedroom. And such an easy walk down the steps to the heart of the town. We never needed a car the whole time we were here. Perfect!

Beautiful place, great location, very comfortable and fairly close parking.
Casa Vecchia is located in the historic part of Nafplio and close to everything. The quickest way to historic center is about 3 flights of stairs down. We had 3 couples and were very comfortable, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The courtyard and house are beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine. There was even a baby crib/small child’s bed if needed. Coffee and tea were included. The house has one floor but there is one flight of steps to the courtyard and entry. The house’s location is in a quiet neighborhood, only a few vehicles pass by, usually for trash or other work. We could hear children playing on a Friday afternoon. Very quite mornings. You can hear church bells ring. I would highly recommend Casa Vecchia.

Perfect stay in Nafplio
Casa Vecchia was great for our family. I previously lived in the Peloponnese and know Nafplio and the Argolid area very well. Just from the pictures I knew exactly what house this was in Nafplio. The location is perfect. Steps above the main square but far enough away to be quiet at night. All the pictures of the house are accurate and the AC, WiFi, hot water and everything else worked fine. The communication with Anna and Dia, and the check-in, was easy. I highly recommend Casa Vecchia and we hope to stay here again.

Amazing Historic House in Great Location!
Well equipped and appointed historic home. Easy walk to all downtown Napflio has to offer. We wish we would have added more time in Napflio because the house and the city were beyond our expectations. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was a real treat in an ancient city.

Short stay in Nafplio
A lovely home to layover for our short time in nafplio. The property was lovely and very clean/well maintained. Dia met us and got us settled in nicely. The house is very close to city Centre and all the sights. Good food is close too. Walked everywhere without issue - although the stairs are not for the faint of heart!
