"Staying here was a treat! I felt very posh! The Grand is a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious, clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is lovely and the staff were very freindly and attentive. The only thing we felt was a small issue was that the bathroom had rather a unpleasant smell of bad drains. I'm certain the staff would have addressed this immediately if we had gotten around to mentioning it, but it wasnt that big a deal in the grand scheme of things. "
