"The room listed on expedia and what actually get at check in is totally misleading. I book family room with understanding that 2 people stay in attic room witg river view and another is just normal. Base on room picture show in expedia. In fact, it is totally different room. We ended up getting tiny room for 4 of us staying in together as normal room and no river view at all. When i spoke with the hotel recption, she aaid cannot do anything. It is expedia that put those wrong picture. We had...

"Everything was perfect: staff, new, modern building and room, cleanness, facilities plus Asian breakfast included in room price (which was not mentioned during booking). You need your own transport as hotel is located quite far from Chiang Khan (my favourite town in Thailand). Would recommend. "
