"Everything was perfect: staff, new, modern building and room, cleanness, facilities plus Asian breakfast included in room price (which was not mentioned during booking). You need your own transport as hotel is located quite far from Chiang Khan (my favourite town in Thailand). Would recommend. "

"This is a small little hotel, so do no expect to much, hotel is in of clean and in good condition, but the staff doesn’t smile doesn’t talk apart from the very necessary, I think staff could be more friendly and relaxed, customer wants to feel welcome and not in a cube of ice."

"A compact but very comfortable hotel and room within 5 minute walk to the famous walking street. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating even with my poor Thai speaking skills. Hotel parking is right around the corner within 3 minute walk. Would stay here again."

"The room listed on expedia and what actually get at check in is totally misleading. I book family room with understanding that 2 people stay in attic room witg river view and another is just normal. Base on room picture show in expedia. In fact, it is totally different room. We ended up getting tiny room for 4 of us staying in together as normal room and no river view at all. "Easy check in, 200 baht key deposit. Very friendly helpful staff. My special request was granted, thank you. Room very dusty, furniture aged and unstable. The room was much smaller than I have stayed in before. Could use coffee maker. All round it was a great stay. "
