"Clean, comfortable and quiet! The linens and towels were soft and fresh. The room and beds were comfortable! It was SO quiet it felt like we were the only ones there too. Best nights sleep in a hotel. The front desk staff on evening on 3/15/24, was friendly and professional. We ended up needing to move our room after check-in and she was very accommodating. A crib was made available ahead of time. The breakfast spread was great! Coffee was fresh and strong. Dining area clean! The hotel was so well decorated, colorful without being overstimulating. Clean all around. And the seating through out was comfortable! The staff at breakfast and housekeeping were all so nice! Kudos to this Best Western! Thanks for a happy stay while traveling with kiddos! "

"At first glance, the property looks abandoned. We drove right past it. There was a restaurant attached, but is now closed, hence the empty look. However, upon check in, staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfy. The hotel is right off the main road and in walking distance to restaurants, and Olde Mystick Village. Good value for the $$. "

"On the sixth anniversary of our daughter’s passing, we got together with another daughter, her husband, and their Australian shepherd dog for family time. It was chilly, but we enjoyed our time together. Mystic is a lovely spot, even in early March. Your home was a lovely oasis for us. Thank you!"
