"This was an absolutely splendid hotel - the property itself was lovely and old world- well kept, clean, inviting. The food (breakfast) was of a high standard. Twice we had cocktails and they weee splendid (ask for a cosmopolitan - you won’t be disappointed) But the highlight was the staff. Amongst the best, mist efficient, helpful and lovely staff I have had the pleasure of being with for some time. From the cleaners, to the door men, to the front desk staff - just excellent. I highly recommend this very reasonably priced and excellent hotel "

"It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to guide and ensure such parking is duly followed...we saw just one guy at the gate for the whole huge property...just not happening!! Also room maintenance has deteriorated lot of cob webs flimsy electrical fixtures/old bathroom fixtures not working in full capacity(jacuzzi especially) deep cleaning needed regularly..this was our 2nd stay after 4 years and prices are sky rocketed not justified for such mediocre facility. That said breakfast was awesome and staff friendly and responsive to calls....not sure if I'll stay again here given the price to property/facilities provided."

"Age of the property is showing up.. Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "
