"It is difficult to rate this hotel. All rooms have a big balcony/patio and provide some of the most astonishing views I've seen. The ocean, the views to the caldera and the castle, the sunsets, really beautiful. I was actually sad the day before leaving the place, couldn't get enough of that view. We had late arrival but our host make sure we had a pick up from the airport something we didn’t include in our booking and she also had someone waiting to help us carry luggage to our room. "Good location if you don’t mind taking the bus into Chora or walking down to the beach. My recommendation is to rent an ATV if you stay here. Incredible view and the employees were very kind. My only complaints would be that the bathroom smelt like sewage from time to time, probably a plumbing issue. And they also hit you with a €3 a day charge at the end of your stay. 4/5"
