Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The exquisitely designed interior of this self-catering home, boasts luxurious furnishings & gentle tones. Beautifully designed, with cool modernity to excite, will inspire and rejuvenate.

The first bedroom of the Villa, “Margarita” is located on the ground floor, featuring one double bed and direct access to the terrace and pool area. This bedroom also boasts a kitchenette area with fridge ,coffee maker and a sink, as well as a single sofa bed which can accommodate one more guest. Additionally, the bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom, featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

One more bedroom is there to welcome you on the same floor, “Kyriaki” featuring two single beds (that are joined to form a king size bed) as well as an en suite bathroom, featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin. This bedroom is lightened up with natural light from the windows and views of the terrace. Additionally, boasts a kitchenette area with fridge, coffee maker and a sink. One more guest can be accommodated on a single sofa bed, located in this bedroom.

The further two bedrooms of Ilys Home are located on the first floor, the former “Eleni”, features one double bed and direct access to a veranda with comfy sittings. What’s more, the last bedroom “Emmanouil”, also boasts one double bed and direct access to the veranda with comfy sittings.

The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. Additionally, one more bathroom is available on the first floor, featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration!

Outside
Ilys Home’s outdoor area is embellished with a private swimming pool, also featuring a special children’s compartment (0,60 metres deep) for your outmost convenience. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities are available (charcoal), offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over, in the lovely outdoor dining area, or your morning coffee, drinks and anything else you may wish.

There is nothing better than waking up to the sound of birds singing. Sipping your coffee on the pool terrace while admiring the landscape is a great way to start the day.

Ilys Home is located in the traditional village of Margarites where you can find almost everything you need . Within walking distance from the villa there is a good selection of cafes and traditional tavernas, as well as a mini market, bakery and a butcher’s shop. The picturesque settlement of Margarites is well known for its pottery, so souvenirs are a must, and the village, with its extraordinary architecture and lovely narrow winding streets, is well worth exploring.

Furthermore, Perama town which is 10 minutes away by car ( approximately within 7 kilometre distance) and offers a variety of shops and daily amenities, such as a bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, fresh fish, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office.

Finally Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, approximately 20 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.
