Villa Andreas is located in the traditional seaside village of Panormo only 40 metres from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The fully renovated interiors, cover a space of 250m2, spans across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Each level offers independence to guests as there are various entrances from outdoors making it a perfect layout for everyone.
Layout
From the main entrance of the house you enter the first floor of the villa with its high vaulted ceiling into the dining room area and the main kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. The kitchen area offers a desktop office work space if necessary while the kitchen balcony door exits onto a balcony that offers an outdoor dining table with sea views.
Going up the wooden stairs located by the dining area you are situated in the living room which is a part of the open air space of the dining area below. The living room contains two large couches, a 55" HDTV, a bluetooth speaker and the fireplace. The living rooms also offers a balcony with sea views. Furthermore here you will find the master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedroom features a double bed (1,60 x 2,00) and a private balcony with sea views.
Going down the wooden stairs located by the dining area you are situated in the intermediary level of the villa. Here you will find one bedroom with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined to create a double with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. Additionally there is another bedroom with a double bed (1,55 x 2,00) with a veranda. Finally there is a family bathroom on this level that offers a both jacuzzi bathtub and a shower which is primarily used by the guests of the latter bedroom.
Going down some steps you reach the ground level of the villa that contains a kitchenette with the washing machine, a second indoor dining area, a bathroom with shower, a gym area with a treadmill and elliptical machine and an indoor play area set up for young children. The ground level provides direct access to the pool area and the barbecue facilities.
Furthermore there are two more bedrooms. There is a bedroom with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined to create a double and another bedroom with two single beds. Finally there is a bathroom with a shower in between the two bedrooms.
Outdoor Area
Whether youre basking in the suns gentle caress, enjoying a romantic dinner under the sky, or simply relishing the joy of being surrounded by natures beauty, our villas outdoor area offers an exquisite retreat, promising unforgettable moments and cherished memories. More specifically, the outdoor facilities include:
- ? private 35m swimming pool, which can also be heated with an additional daily charge , upon request (Please note that at least one weeks advance notice is required for the pool heating)

It is only 22 km from Rethymno and 56 km from Heraklion town.
Panormo has supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, traditional tavernas and cafes which are all reachable on foot. Additionally the nearest organised beach is 40 meters from the villa with another organised sandy beach only 200 meters away.
