"The front desk staff were always friendly and courteous. Raquel, was always busy cleaning the breakfast area and refilling the food trays. She provided excellent service going above and beyond making sure everyone was well served, even though it's self-serve. Alex, was also very friendly offering to drive us to nearby points of interest. The room was clean and adequate, the only thing I missed was a mini fridge but that was the least of our needs."

"Wished I was able to sleep longer, but I had to catch a flight. It was that comfortable. I will definitely consider this again at other airports. If you get off a domestic or international flight in Terminal 1 in Mexico city, follow the H signs (to the Hilton). Near Puerta 9, take the elevators to the 2nd floor. Again, follow the H signs, turn left from the elevators and then, turn right to the walkway that you'll see. The izZzleep is a minute walk from the elevators since it's at the entrance of the walkway.."
