"We absolutely loved our stay at Dormio. Lovely location and great sized apartments, suitable for all ages and families. We had a problem checking in and this took over 2 hours for us to receive a code to access our apartment. "Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "Basic but lovely apartment perfect for our 4 day stay in Benidorm. The apartment was clean and bright with one amazing sea view!!! Very close to old town and beaches and all the shops and entertainment Benidorm has to offer. Would definitely stay there again!!! "

"The hotel is located in a great, but not really quiet area. It was very convenient - walkable distance to a great deal of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The host and hotel staff are very nice and friendly, always available to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is very cozy, always clean. Really enjoyed staying here and we will definitely come back."

A great stay

"The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel. "
