"great place for 2 or 3 nights, the wifi was excellent, only setback is that you can hear the people in the tent next door.The trail to the hotel is very rough and not an easy ride.The employees at the resort are very helpful and my favorites were Dilip and Manoj. Dilip will take great photos early morning in the trail.Manas will help you 24 hours if you need it. hiker shoes are very important."

"The staff were all top notch, professional,and very friendly. The buffets were delicious and had a varied menu to choose from. The food was kept warm in Creuset pans which is much appreciated and necessary for buffets. The location is 10 mins from Kochi airport so very convenient after a long journey. "It was fine. Surprisingly, housekeeping didnt clean the room or make up the bed in the morning. They didn’t clear old dishes either (from the morning). Restaurant service was slow but food quality and quantity was good."

"We stayed three nights at this resort. The greenery around this property is breathtaking! The staff were really helpful and attentive although a few areas can be improved. The last ten minutes or so to get to this place had awful road conditions compared to other roads in Kerala. This is not entirely properly’s fault but they and the other resort owners on the same road should be able to influence the government or pave it at their own expense. "The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."

"The property is excellent. Has gorgeous mountain views from the rooftop pool, gym and the restaurant. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great spread and delicious. There is not many activities to do around but then that is true for most of the places in Kerala. If you want to just relax surrounded by mountain views, enjoy a great pool, delicious food, great hospitality in palakkad then you must stay here. I know, I will"

"I had an amazing time at Coconut Lagoon.I was trapped alone and tthe staff made me feel welcome and at home. Really each member of staff was very helpful. The resort is extremely well maintained. There are free activities. I highly recommend the river walk, it is amazing. The guide, Vignesh,.did a great job in keeping us safe. I would also like to thank the ladies of the cleaning staff, Shanti and Sishwyria, for their friendless and work. The receptionist Sareeka was also very helpful. I just can compliment the manager, who I had a chance to meet, for the great work he is doing. I would definitely come again. "

"I enjoyed 2 nights of very relaxing time it is nice small resort with some auverda treatments and yoga classes however it is not quite either serious auverda or focused on yoga place I believe it is nice stop if you travel around india but not a destination place to come specially for this spot ."
