"Located in the beginning of the town which makes it a quiter from the hassles of the town traffic. Room we stayed was bit smaller but, neat and clean. Had a nice tea estate view from the window. Staff were curtious. Drawbacks are lack of proper car parking and non-availability of lift. Overall had a good stay."

"The property is excellent. Has gorgeous mountain views from the rooftop pool, gym and the restaurant. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great spread and delicious. There is not many activities to do around but then that is true for most of the places in Kerala. If you want to just relax surrounded by mountain views, enjoy a great pool, delicious food, great hospitality in palakkad then you must stay here. I know, I will"

"I had an amazing time at Coconut Lagoon.I was trapped alone and tthe staff made me feel welcome and at home. Really each member of staff was very helpful. The resort is extremely well maintained. There are free activities. I highly recommend the river walk, it is amazing. The guide, Vignesh,.did a great job in keeping us safe. I would also like to thank the ladies of the cleaning staff, Shanti and Sishwyria, for their friendless and work. The receptionist Sareeka was also very helpful. I just can compliment the manager, who I had a chance to meet, for the great work he is doing. I would definitely come again. "

"I enjoyed 2 nights of very relaxing time it is nice small resort with some auverda treatments and yoga classes however it is not quite either serious auverda or focused on yoga place I believe it is nice stop if you travel around india but not a destination place to come specially for this spot ."
