"The hotel is very handy to walk to the centre. Only problem we found both this time and last time we stayed there, is that the bins must be directly under the bedroom window and they are emptied at 5.30 in the morning. Not nice when you are there to enjoy a relaxing sleep in. "

The parking always keeps me on my toes and tests my best driving, and problem solving skills! Haha . "Hotel is in the center of town, great location. Room is spacious with a couch and cable Tv. Only problem is wifi can be iffy, but in general is a a great place to stay in Dunedin. Good bathroom and shower, would stay there again "
