Yoi Point is a beautiful cottage located at the end of Dudley Road on 22 acres, a private entry to a gorgeous cedar-shake cottage located on a fabulous point lot. 5 minutes to Bala with the shops, grocery, Don's Bakery and liquor store, 12 minutes to Port Carling for more shopping and restaurants.
PROPERTY
YOL POINT with it's 900' lakefront outdoors is very private with a gentle path down to a grass play area and very large new boat dock where there are 2 covered boat slips plus 2 outside docking landings. Leading out to the front of the cottage from the Muskoka Room and from the one Master Suite is a stone landing area with Muskoka chairs and propane fire pit then a walk down flagstone steps leads to a new swimming dock which extends from the front of the cottage. Deep water surrounds. From the boat dock there is a small protected bay, great for kids to paddle around. Plenty of fun water activities and toys for guests to enjoy!
INTERIOR
The property contains a newly renovated and expanded cottage and a self contained 3-room bunkie. Materials in all rooms are of the highest quality. Its layout is divine, as all bedrooms except the kids bunk room have views of the water. The main cottage Great Room opens up to a huge Muskoka Room with large wood burning fireplaces and dining areas in both rooms. The other second screened in porch contains a swing bed for daytime peace and quiet or nighttime sleeping in the semi-outdoors! The cottage has great water pressure, fully UV filtered water system and a whole-house standby propane generator.
The huge custom-built kitchen is to be admired with massive granite counters, stainless steel appliances, including beverage centre and ice maker, and a 12 foot island with seating for 6 and hardwood flooring throughout the cottage. The original cottage fireplace is the centerpiece of the Muskoka living room with the TV to relax. From the Great Room you can walk out to the wrap around deck to enjoy the stunning views of Lake Muskoka. The Muskoka Room houses a huge stone fireplace and comfortable seating with a TV and a large dining table with enough seating for 10 at the rustic hardwood table.
The main cottage has 5 bedrooms with 2 master king bedrooms each with 3 piece ensuite including glass showers. The master suites flank each end and in the main building there are 3 additional bedrooms - one double bedroom with a 2 piece ensuite, second room with a double log bunk beds and another queen bedroom with walkout to deck. The main floor bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower/tub and additional glass shower and sink.
Spoil your guests with the King size bedroom in the bunkie. The bunkie also has a comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace, kitchen with full-sized fridge, oven and microwave and brand new bathroom with shower. Enjoy the view with its private deck off the Bunkie overlooking the waterfront. It is great for grandparents while the new generations reside in the Main Cottage.

The linens and turnover fee is $1080 per rental
