"We stayed there for the long weekend. It was pretty nice. We had amazing ski session on the slopes across the street. They have a nice continental breakfast where anyone can find something suitable. We were a group of 10 and it was great to have breakfast with a view in 2 out of 3 days. Kids enjoyed the pool which is open whole day 9 to 9 if I remember correctly. The heater had a problem but as soon as we announced the front desk they sent someone with a portable one to keep us cozy. "

The massages booked were cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and I specifically asked if the Hot tub/sauna/pool were working 2 days prior and the hot tub was not which was one of the main reasons we were planning the trip. The top 2 relaxation methods were not provided or refunded as such. Overall the bed was comfy, not many tv channels, the room was nice, and the features that did work were...
