"Lovely modern, spacious and comfortable for a 2-night stay. Parking was close, easy and convenient (although unsecured). Reception staff very helpful with requests. Weird self-service check in when receptionist just standing there directing. To me this is dumb. We were able to visit friends in Den Haag and explore Gouda from this base."

"The breakfast buffet didn't have much of a choice and 17 euros was way to high for what you got....and having to pay for parking was ridiculous and we left a day early and they would not refund the ney for the day we didnt stay"

"Sat right on top of the sparkling Hoog Catharijne shopping mall, right next to Utrecht Centraal station, the hotel is literally a bridge to Utrecht's historic and beautiful moated citadel. Bars, cafes, restaurants, monuments and boat tours are within a short walk, and the hotel itself is a cozy and friendly hideaway with firm, comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. The staff we met were great, but the hotel is very efficient and needed very little interaction with them for a pleasant stay."

"With useing these hotels chain a few times it was only 30min drive to work all the staff were amazing the room were big had a bath ans shower the bat was a jet one the only thing i would say is it would be nice to have some bottle water with price you pay and i do understand you can by some.form the shop with have a bottle.in your fridge when you arrive."

"I was only there for one night. A lovely hotel. I just wish I had, had the time to try the facilities. My only issue was the marshmallow pillows. Even with 2 they were far too soft. I resorted to using the cushions, supplied."

"Amazing hotel, we had the family room that was made for children, it had anything you'd need and more - our little one loved picking up the books and sat in the comfy chair to read them. There was also a changing table, lovely cot and a baby bath, which made us feel like we were at home. "Yet another great stay at Citizen M. The staff are lovely and always helpful - at any time. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!"
