"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Lala, Yulkel and his wife were very nice. Yulkel met us at the bus and walked us to his Casa. It is only a short distance from the heart of the town. "Our reservation for our booked homestay didn't come through so Olga and Carmelo were kind enough to let us stay with them, even though we arrived in the night. Olga speaks very good English and both Olga and Carmelo helped us a lot. The room is nice and the beds comfortable. There is airconditioning and a fan. Make sure to bring cards from Etesca to go on the WiFi, if you need that. Thank you Olga and Carmelo, we loved our stay in your beautiful house!"

"Lovely host. Clean and air conditioned house located in a quiet but central area. Great breakfast. Friendly host. She does not speak English, but we managed to keep the conversation going without a problem. She told us about the best restaurants which was great. She organised tobacco plantation for us which was a great experience. We were collected by a horse cart and at the end returned back to a property. Not other plantations do that. We higly recommend this property!"

"The unique feature is Kenny! The owner. Not enough stars to reward him. Beautiful place in a kind of old Roman Style but with all the modern conviniances. Healthy breakfast included and with all his wise info we almost had not enough time to enjoy the whole region of Vinales. Villa Cristal: a must to visit. By the way, take enough cash in Dollar or Euro. Its worth 3x times more in whole Cuba as when you have to do an oficial Cuban Bank withdraw!!!"
