"The hotel is OK for a one night stay in order to take the ferry next day. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable enough. Unfortunately it is right next to an oil refinery which polutes the atmosphere. On a very warm night we were unable to leave the window open because of this."

"This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"

"Lovely quiet room. City view room was not of the city- faced a block wall! Asked Robin ( reception) for alternative - very unhelpful and rude. Didn’t tell us details of spa /hotel etc when we checked in. Told us to come back at 3pm only to discover our bags had not been put inside luggage room - had been left outside the door unattended and also no room change requested!
