"I stayed here for 2 nights in 4 days, same room both times so cannot comment on different room types. From the moment you walk through the entrance the welcome is very warm. Check-in quick and very friendly, glass of bubbly if that floats your boat. The hotel has the feel of a grand country house with generously sized rooms, a separate closet/ room for clothing etc and a good-sized bathroom. "We wanted a therme hotel where you can swim thru from inside to outside due to construction at hotel it was not possible. We only used it twice the entire week we stayed there. Would not recommend hotel while under construction."

"The meeting that I was schedule to attend in Neuchatel was cancelled a full six months before it was to take place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."

"Although the room was a supposed to be superior, it was quite small and cramped. The mini bar made a lot of noise. The evening was unseasonably warm and it was very hot in the room. Opening the window was not a great option since the hotel is located on a busy roundabout. Too warm, too cramped, too noisy…"

"We had one night stay at MONA and we loved its location by the lake with stunning view. Conveniently walked to nearby cafes or sightseeing. The Montreux Noel was on the path below the hotel, super close and convenient. Lobby also provided coffee/pop corn for the guests. Very happy with our choice, room was neat and clean, we had balcony lake view, and very quiet in the morning, wish we could stay longer."

"This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had lots of lovely space to breathe. I highly recommend this hotel. "
