Perfect beach getaway for singles or couples! 1st floor, studio style apartment off of the garage of our main vacation rental home. Located 1/4 mile from Garden City Beach. Access to indoor garage parking. King sized bed, Kuerig coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Full sized bathroom with shower. Linens and bath towels included. A pleasurable business weekend
Stayed for the weekend for a music gig at the Garden City Pier. Second time staying here. Hope to be back in the summer. Great little place for a couple on a little weekend getaway.

Perfect Location!

Excellent, 5 Stars!
Perfect spot for a get away. We were in town for personal reasons but the location, amenities and the sweet room all made our trip so much more enjoyable. We are looking into go back soon to truly relax. The bikes were the best, enabled us to get some exercise and enjoy some fresh air. The location is SO close to the beach and the ride there is almost magical as you ride over the marsh. Highly recommend!

It was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. It's a little bit cramped, but we knew that going in. Would have loved to have some decaf coffee for the Keurig. Also, it would be great to have a separate light over the microwave and table area. We liked that there were plenty of pillows, but wished there was an extra blanket available. Overall, we enjoyed the stay!

Cute and clean studio.
Studio was exactly as described. Met our needs while We were visiting family in Surfside. Recommendations, need TV set up for anyone to use and another bedside table would be helpful.

So much better than having to stay at a hotel
Lisa was truly wonderful to work with and answered all my questions promptly. My husband needed a little place to stay to be near his dad for several days and I wanted him to stay in a clean, comfortable, close by location but NOT a hotel that didn't cost an arm and a leg. This place hit the mark! It was easy to get to and so close to his dad (7 minutes!) and my husband said the bed was comfortable and had everything he needed. He plans to book again this spring when he returns to visit his dad's place. No hesitation needed to book here, well worth it for the value. Thank you Lisa for having an affordable option from the hotels!

Driving up to it was a initially surprising as it in the middle of other rentals and residents in a duplex type street. After easily parking, you walk into a super clean and comfortable studio. Bed super comfortable and bathroom was a great space. All kinds of beach items available to use plus some fun bikes. AC a bit noisy, but it is difficult to find any faults in this place. I hope it doesn't flood in the middle of storm. Prayers!

Great place for couple. Location is on first floor. No stairs to climb. Enclosed garage is nice to park your car in. Cozy 1 bedroom with nice king size bed. Roomy bath with walk in shower. Has nice outside shower. Beach chairs and toys for use. Has bikes you can ride to the beach which is less than half mile away. Small fridge, microwave and pod coffee maker. in wall a/c unit works well. TV has Roku. Located on nice dead in road close to everything in Garden City.

Hidden Gem
The stay is wonderful. The studio rental has everything you need for a quiet getaway. The neighborhood is quiet and nearby lots of different things which is super convenient. We had a wonderful time and would 100% come back here. The bikes and beach chairs were also awesome to have access to!
