A truly versatile three level townhouse that offers all the serenity and convenience of a true beach house, this is the second townhouse from the beach, just a few steps from the sandy beach with an oversized two car garage, two large balconies overlooking the ocean, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a sunny kitchen with open and airy living and dining areas uniquely positioned to provide ocean views from every room! Watch the sunrise from the master bedroom king size bed or balcony. Take a break from the afternoon sun by enjoying a meal on the living room balcony.
The beach house is decorated with local art to give a cozy nautical beach feel.

Lovely beachside townhome
Very clean and well cared for property. It was right on the beach. The views were gorgeous. It was a short walk to the pier and town. We would definitely stay here again.

This townhouse is perfect—even better than advertised. It is in the perfect location with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The house is also beautifully decorated.

This beach house was perfect for our family beach location. The beach was jusrlt steps away from rhe home, the views were amazing and the garage was an added bonus. We plan to rent this house again.

Great Location
The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and spacious for our group (two couples plus 1 adult). The location was great - just steps away from the beach and wonderful views of the sunrise. The beds are very firm. We slept fine though. I just wish it was softer. Also there’s not many beach chairs available - bring a couple of your own. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Id stay here again for sure.

The condo has a well stocked kitchen ,decorated very nicely and wonderful views from both sides. It was very nice having a two car garage.The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had and also had decorations up for the holidays. Would highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful Beach Home
We stayed here to celebrate our 40th anniversary, and it was a fabulous time! The whole house is beautifully decorated in beachy colors and decor, very neat and clean, beautiful views of the ocean from every room, and you walk out & you’re on the beach. Two balconies with ocean views guaranteed that we were up to watch the sunrise, sitting out on the balcony with cups of coffee. It was a wonderful and memorable way to celebrate.

Relaxing beach get-away
We feel very at home here. The kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms are comfortable. On the cold days, we enjoyed the peaceful view from the living room windows. Warren is very responsive and a super host. The way this condo is decorated and maintained reflects his attention to making sure it is clean and a very pleasant and restful place to stay.

Family Celebration
We enjoyed the house and location very much. It was the perfect space for 4 adults and a dog. The only draw back was the heavy cigar and pot smoke from the neighbor renting next door. We had to keep the windows and sliding doors closed much of our stay.

Very clean and quiet although located against public beach access parking. Very comfy furnishings. The floor has several “soft spots” where you almost feel like you are going to step through it which we found disconcerting. So appreciative of ability to bring our little maltipoo

It was very clean. Everything worked properly. Communication was perfect. Loved the pier being nearby and how close this condo was to the small grocery store and a few restaurants including a great pizza place and an ice cream parlor. Would recommend this highly. Did I mention it was VERY CLEAN? The reviews on cleanliness is why I rented this particular one and our whole family really appreciated it. Also, the beach front location was so nice, lovely views on the balconies! Rent this, you'll be a happy beach bum!

Beautiful home
This home is absolutely beautiful. It’s very close to the beach, not far at all from any attractions, friendly locals, and accommodated for all of our needs. This home was very homey and very clean. I would recommend it to anyone! There’s even accommodations for children such as beach toys, cups, and a kids room. If you’re looking at this wondering whether to book or not; BOOK! :)

Wonderful experience!!
This townhome, basically oceanfront, was everything that we needed for our stay!! Very clean, kitchen fully stocked, and linens available. Views of the ocean from every room. I loved having the enclosed garage. You could sit on the balcony, off the living room or master bedroom and enjoy your coffee while watching the sun rise. TV's in every bedroom, as well as the living room. I loved that I could take my Chihuahua with me, and the convenience of being right by the ocean to take her for walks...it was her first trip and she LOVED walking on the beach!! I will DEFINITELY be renting this property again!!

Perfect relaxing location
My husband and I together with our dog stayed here for the month of January 2023. I hesitate to give Warren's condo the glowing review it deserves at the risk of it being booked next year when we want to return. :-) But here it goes...Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The entire condo was comfortable and homey. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. It was an added convenience to have a washer and dryer right there. We so appreciated that our golden doodle was welcomed as well. The view was awesome and Warren was quick and responsive to a minor concern. We were sad to leave and will most definitely stay again.

Perfect location for walking out the door and being on beach. House very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Owner very responsive as we needed help with one of tvs, minor adjustment made quickly. Would highly recommend and hope to be back next year.
