"You walk in the door and feel so at home. The room is spacious and the king size bed is so comfortable, with fluffy pillows and crisp, white sheets. The vase of flowers and the delicious cake were a welcoming touch. It was lovely to relax with a cup of tea. The decor is perfect, I love the calming blue. Jennie and Steve are so friendly and welcoming. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. "

"Inside cabin was great, air con worked really well on 40 degree days. We were very happy with little clean tidy cabin which had plenty of cooking utensils. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. However, we noticed Towels were worn. Also the Outdoor alfresco area could be improved with seating and made tidier."

"Amazing property! Very clean, new, beautifully decorated and maintained, and you can clearly see that its a well loved place and recently renovated! Spacious living area, huge bathroom, walkable to the gardens and shops, the host responds very quickly and efficiently to any queries and everything is well thought out. Love it ❤️"

"If you need somewhere to stay close to Albury Base Hospital, this is the place for you. In easy walking distance.There is also a large dog park with agility course three blocks away.Pleasant, quiet place to stay. Given east-west orientation, morning sun hits the lounge and afternoon sun hits the bedrooms. Needed to use air to make the space comfortable. Would be very welcome in mid-winter!"

"Fantastic property and close to centre of Echuca pubs and cafes. Welcome pack when we arrived was brilliant and well received. Definitely will stay again!"

"This property needs a lot of maintenance. The carpets were terrible, all worn and bubbling, it felt like there was no underlay underneath the carpet. There was paint peeling from the walls and the whole place needs a good clean and repainting. The unit next door had nice floor boards and was much nicer. The soap dispensers in the showers are tacky. The kitchen was dirty, the cupboards needed wiping and the glass ware dirty. There was only one wine glass in the cupboard. The only good thing...

"Ok property clean no Wifi which means no smart tv. Unclean pool. I don’t think it would take much to lift this property. Maybe owner could sweep up by the pool and clean it. Need to provide more bins in villa. "

"The Welcome to the property by Reception staff was fabulous. Easy instructions and information given by staff who appeared to enjoy their job. Location was excellent, close to amenities without any traffic! The only issue was the curved floor on the ensuite shower, made it slippery, used the floor mat inside the shower to stop the slipping, the soap dish was loose on the wall, probably grabbed to stop a fall I guess. Both air conditioners required their filters to be cleaned - message on remote...
