"The home is beautiful and the entire property is really nice. We had 6 couples and we had plenty of space and our own bathroom. The only problem we had was there was water on the carpet in one of the basement bedrooms and if smelled musty down there. The pond area and walking trail were nice as well. We’d stay again for sure "

"We planned our trip several months in advance hoping to do some hikes in Hocking Hills. Well it snowed the whole time we were there. Still we were still able to have a great time with a house full of kids and infants. The hot tub came in handy and we the downstairs provided the kids with some space to play and explore. "

"The outside of the property is just breathtaking. It has a movie area but the internet isn’t great. Our dishes were dirty so we had to wash dishes before even cooking. Master bed was broken. They did offer to fix it. It did look like someone attempted to fix it. The internet is a downfall. "

Just to reiterate some words of caution - Frantz Rd is a long one lane road that leads to the driveway of the property. The smell of the water is absolutely awful, it's true! "Loved this cabin and would love to come back! Clean and cozy! Hot tub and deck area so serene. Nice view. The only thing I advise (I would not call this a complaint), is about the steep incline up to the cabin! 4 wheel drive may be better if you have it! I have an All-wheel drive RAV4, but had trouble at times getting up the hill. But again not a COMPLAINT just posting more as an FYI for other visitors :) "
