"We recently stayed at Dimi house and our only issue was with the check in time. We were travelling from another city with luggage and we arrived at 3:30 pm. It was raining and we had to wait outside in the rain for the owner to get to the property. There were two other couples waiting outside in the rain to check in as well. "Quiet location on side street, steps from church, centre of town, park, and train station. Restaurants, shopping, waterfront walk, and walled town all within five minute walk. Peaceful top room with great sea view from comfortable bed. Extremely clean with good sized bathroom and fabulous shower. Good continental breakfast enhanced by tasty cappuccino. Host pleasant and accommodating. Great value. Well worth the 79 step climb to the top room."

"An absolutely gorgeous view of Piazza Sant'Oronzo!! Great, modern interiors and bathroom. Genius set-up with the vouchers for breakfast in a neighboring cafe, that you can enjoy at your leisure and at any morning time you choose. Owner was so easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Super central location, in the middle of historic old town and within a short walk of all the historic churches, but easy to get to via taxi. "

"We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children.There were 2 rooms with an open doorway connection to each double bedroom. There was a mezzanine floor which was not furnished. The room we had was dark and had little natural light. Because of this it felt dingy and unlike the pictures on the hotel site. We had a good shower and toilet room with modern facilities. There was a fridge with free water which was nice. Our room wasn't pleasant to be in and if we were staying longer I would have asked if...

"Excellent location, quiet yet walking distance to the historic center. We loved the high ceilings and decor. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Fjore di Lecce is an affordable and good option for small groups. The only things that could make it better are the shower was challenging to get in and out of (not accessible), front door lock was difficult, and the bed/bedding could be more comfortable. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would visit again. Thank you!"
