Revel in an unforgettable vacation in this beautiful chalet near the beach. Outside you will find a fantastic garden where enjoying the Mediterranean weather, playing with the little ones on the grass where you can also spread the towel and lay to take a “siesta”. Then, the terrace where you can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or read under the parasol. It also counts with a table for lunches or dinners outdoors. Finally, you will find the also furnished porch, where taking a vermouth before lunch or a drink in the evening. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The 150 m2 house has two floors and it is stylishly decorated, with all comforts to spend a great vacation. From the porch we get to the marvellous living - dining room. There you can rest in the comfortable bench by the chimney for the coldest days, and watch satellite television. Behind it you will find the dining area and the kitchen, with the basic utensils and a gas hob. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor and it features a double bed and a closet. A shower bathroom completes this floor. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, a closet and exit to a fantastic terrace where you can relax and disconnect. The last bedroom has two single beds and a closet. A shower bathroom completes the first floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available under request. In the house you will also find a washing machine, and iron and an ironing board.

The house is located in a quiet residential area where everyone is holidaying . The beach is just 30 metres away from the property, and it is a great beach of white sand and crystalline water which will make you want to stay just right there. The area features restaurants, shops, supermarkets,.. and it is very close to Puerto de Alcudia where you will find nightlife and other vacation leisure. You can visit the wall in Alcudia and other coves like Aucanada or Mal Pas. You can also go to Puerto de Pollensa and have a walk along its characteristic promenade. Pets are not allowed.
