Semi-Detached house located in front of the sea with sea view, on the beachfront of Muro Beach, Alcù:
Villa Joy situated in front of the sea in one of the best areas of the beach of muro, in the north of Mallorca.

The villa is distributed in two floors, the main floor is accessed by climbing the stairs, has a living room with access to the terrace and garden with lawn directly to the beach, equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two of them with double bed of 1.35x1.90 and the third with double bed of 1.50x1.90, 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite,

Accessing from inside by a spiral staircase, we find another living room with a solarium terrace to enjoy the sea views, and a bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is a garden, a barbecue and a laundry room.

Equipped with air conditioning in the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. Wifi Internet with free-of-charge access.

This property is ideal for families who want to relax and enjoy the sea in front of the beach.

The house is near the natural park of "S'Albufera", a natural park with marshes, dunes and which is of great ornithological and landscape value.

Seit über 30 Jahren verbringen wir zu unterschiedlichen Jahreszeiten unsere Urlaube in Ferienhäusern auf Mallorca. Wir waren an vielen Orten - jeder hatte seinen Reiz. Aber jetzt haben wir mit der 'Villa Joy' den perfekten Platz gefunden und kommen seit Jahren immer wieder. Es ist richtig schön hier : großzügige Raumaufteilung, gute Haustechnik, Dach- und Gartenterrassen, ganztags Sonnenplätze im Garten, direkter Zugang zum Strand, Blick über die Bucht, ruhige Lage. Das Haus ist nicht übermäßig luxuriös, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht, um sich in einem anderen Lebens als zuhause richtig wohl zu fühlen. Top-Restaurant 'Figueret' wenige Meter entfernt, Einkaufen kann man 'um die Ecke'. Will man Rummel, ist man in wenigen Minuten auf der 'Meile'. Will man am Meer entlang wandern, geht man kilometerlang über den Strand. Zudem ist der Service von PlanetVillas perfekt : ständige Erreichbarkeit, sehr schnelle Reaktion, besser kann´s nicht sein.

Auch dieses Jahr verbrachten wir herrliche Tage in der wunderbaren Villa Joy. Das Haus ist perfekt aufgeteilt und bietet mit Garten, Terrasse, Dachterrasse und der Lage direkt am Strand alle Möglichkeiten zu einem erholsamen Sonnenurlaub. Wie immer fanden wir perfekte Sauberkeit und gut funktionierende Haustechnik vor. Das kommende Jahr haben wir bereits gebucht.

Sehr schönes Haus und Garten mit tollem Meerblick und fast direkt am Strand! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Mobiliar ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte teilweise eine Erneuerung vertragen, die Schränke riechen ein wenig muffig, was nach gutem Lüften aber schnell besser wurde. Da das Haus viel Charme hat, waren wir dennoch sehr zufrieden und haben und dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war ausgezeichnet, wir wurden sehr gut informiert und erhielten schnelle Antworten auf unsere Fragen, vielen Dank auch an Chary und Antonio! Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Joy und kommen gerne wieder! Bettina

Der Service von Planet Villas ist vorbildlich. Antworten kommen schnell und kompetent. Das Haus 'Villa Joy' hat eine perfekte Lage direkt am weniger frequentierten Strand und bietet viele Plätze zum Wohlfühlen (Loggia, Garten, Terrasse, Dachterrasse, Vorgarten, Grill-Loggia, KFZ-Stellplatz, etc.). Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Chiringuito und erstklassiges Restaurent in direkter Nähe. Wir kommen jedes Jahr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer
Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es muffelt etwas aus den Schränken .Ein paar bequemere Sitzgelegenheiten für die Terrasse wären wünschenswert. Die Vermittlung und Betreuung vor Ort waren dafür sehr nett, freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wirklich sehr schön.

Perfekte Lage direkt an einem ruhigen Strandabschnitt. Sehr sinnvolle Raumaufteilung, gemütliche und funktionelle Einrichtung. Herrliche uneinsehbare Dachterrasse. Ausgezeichnete Haustechnik (Küche, Klima, Internet, TV, Radio/CD, Warmwasser, Waschkeller, etc.). Gute Betten, Moskito-Rollos und Schlagläden vor allen Schlafzimmerfenstern. Uneinsehbares Grundstück, kein Straßenlärm, ruhige Nachbarschaft. Gute Restaurants und Strandbars fußläufig erreichbar. Kleine Kritik : teilweise wenig Geschirr und Besteck, keine zusätzliche Liegen oder Bestuhlung auf der Dachterrasse, Rasen an der Gartenterrasse ungepflegt/beschädigt (lag wohl am vorherigen Starkregen). Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. PlanetVillas-Büro ständig erreichbar, sehr guter, schneller und zuverlässiger Service.

gute Doppelhaushälfte in extrem schöner Lage
Vorab soviel, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Lage: 1 Reihe am Strand, Blick von der Terrasse, der Küche und dem WZ auf Meer und Strand. Man geht nur durch das Eingangstörchen und ist sofort auf dem Weg zum Strand, 25 m am eigenen Grundstück entlang und man ist am Strand (ganz flacher Strand, kaum Brandung). Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung mit ähnlichen Gebäuden, keine Betonburgen am Strand. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist komplett, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand, die restlichen Räume eher zweckmäßig und ein bisschen altmodisch, jedoch ohne Mängel. Alles in allem kein Grund zur Klage, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und würden das Objekt auch wieder mieten. Die Abwicklung vor Ort sowie Kommunikation war unkompliziert und effektiv, hierfür 5 Sterne!
