Welcome to your home in the town centre of Muro, Mallorca. This spacious and bright house is located 10 km from the beach of Muro, considered one of the best in Europe. It consists of three floors with four bedrooms and offers a perfect balance between comfort, luxury and Mediterranean essence, integrating elements of traditional Mallorcan architecture with the latest trends in functionality and design, which gives the stay a personal and exclusive character. The house is fully air-conditioned, which makes it comfortable at any time of the year, and it also has high speed Wifi access throughout the property.

On the ground floor you will find the cosy living room, perfect for relaxing, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, offering a functional and practical space. On this floor there is also a full bathroom, as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ideal for those who prefer to have their own private space. Finally there is a garage for one car, offering comfort and security for your vehicle.

The garden, with its refreshing swimming pool and barbecue area, is the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and create unforgettable memories.

On the first floor, there are three further bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an additional bathroom. Each room is carefully decorated and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

On the third floor, you will discover the games or teleworking room. This space has a ping-pong table and a PlayStation game console for entertainment and fun, as well as a quiet and intimate area with wired internet connection, should you ever need a space to work. In addition, you can enjoy a spacious solarium with panoramic views of the village or, on the opposite side, of the Tramuntana mountain range.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in the holiday homes are required to pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge the tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kW/day and person).
- Pets are allowed up to a maximum weight of 5 kg (10,00 Eur/night).
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- No parties are allowed.

- On 02/04/24 building works start in the neighbouring house, which may cause noise occasionally.

Muro holiday house
Beautiful house very recently renovated.Friendly restaurant within walking distance. Easy drive to local beaches and beautiful old towns. Ideal for large family group. Just needs a few things in the kitchen for example, bread knife, plug for sink although there was a dishwasher.Thank you

The description was accurate and the space was good for families and/or friends. It'd be good if more kitchen utensils can be added (it just had the very basic); same for the grill.
