It is a short drive into the heart of Port Alcudia and also Can Picafort. Both of these long established resorts abound with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists, etc.

There are several terraces. One of which is on the roof and offers impressive sea views. Another is located by the kitchen and is furnished with a dining suite and sun loungers.

The interior is light, cool and exceptionally stylish.

The open plan ground floor has a lounge area equipped with wifi, satellite TV, and large sofas. There are two floor to ceiling glass walls offering views to the garden.

Close by is the dining area with an impressively large dining table.

The high spec kitchen is amazingly well equipped and has a large central island unit.
