"This hotel is very resort like. The food was horrible both the buffet and regular restaurant. We were not able to eat anything completely except for the pizza. The staff was friendly but the guests (maybe because there was a biking event going on) made us feel very uncomfortable. We are from the US but have a Hispanic background and I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time there. "It’s our 2nd time visiting this hotel and it didn’t disappoint, although was a bit busier with it being UK half term holidays. We returned due to his amazing this hotel is for families, all the staff are amazing with kids and there is so much to do - not just for kids but family activities and adult classes and fun entertainment sessions too. The beach is beautiful and not too busy if you move along a bit, and there is a nice nature park to take a walk in. Alcudia old town is worth a visit so...

"We love our stay in Valentin Playa de Muro. Our kids enjoyed and have their own beds to sleep. We've been here last 2022 when they were 2 years old and now they celebrate their birthday last night. The staffs are so nice and friendly. Our stayed so wonderful and so quiet place. We definitely will be back again. Highly recommended."

"The first time in my life I see hotel who is not cleaning the rooms everyday and where you need to pays extra to use the safe in the room. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option. Also insulation is really bad as we hear everything from next room and we have had people from next our room complaining about hearing us as well. To me those things are unacceptable."

Iberostar Selection Albufera Park - All Inclusive

"It’s our 2nd time visiting this hotel and it didn’t disappoint, although was a bit busier with it being UK half term holidays. We returned due to his amazing this hotel is for families, all the staff are amazing with kids and there is so much to do - not just for kids but family activities and adult classes and fun entertainment sessions too. The beach is beautiful and not too busy if you move along a bit, and there is a nice nature park to take a walk in. Alcudia old town is worth a visit so we hired a car and we’re very glad we did. Free easy parking right outside the hotel. Would recommend and return in the future when our children are a bit older so that they can try different activities next time. Thank you to all of the staff - housekeeping, service staff, reception, kids clubs, entertainment - everyone looks like they enjoy working there and make it a very enjoyable stay."
