"Excellent price for the package - if you’re doing a couple of days in Varanasi for sight-seeing, then the included breakfast, high tea and 2 pieces of laundry are very helpful. Frustratingly, the hotel has a “no outside food” policy, but the dining options are pretty reasonable, so it’s not too bad. You’re quite far from any of the tourist spots, so you’ll need to get autos/ taxis from the hotel every time. The overall standard of the hotel is high - much higher than I was expecting for the price. Recommended."

"Very comfy room and terrific location in Varanasi. Just close enough—5 minutes walk—to the ghats to be totally convenient, but just enough outside the main part of the old city to feel like a bit of a haven. Room in good shape, solid restaurant. Only complaint is that the staff is a bit too hover-y and solicitous in the restaurant, but that’s a small thing."

"The best stay in any hotel for a long time. Taj Nadesa Palace made us feel at home right from the first step we took into this hotel. The staff made every effort to look after us and our needs. We wish to return one day. Staying in Varanasi is at times challenging, so one needs an oasis like the Taj Nadesa to feel comfortable."
