"The Darvy suite was fully booked when i arrived that day they dont accept me"

"The staff are well trained and very accommodating. The front desk lady named Pau was the best. She upgraded me and allowed me an early check in. She also went out of her way to make sure I got my luggages from the airline’s carrier since the luggages were delayed in Los Angeles. "
