This hotel had a very good breakfast and was close to several great restaurants. The staff let us have an extra blanket after we realized there was only one small blanket in the room for the bed.

This was a super cute property with a great courtyard space. The room was nice but I am not sure how well it is cleaned as I found an old toothpick and built up dust under the night table. The bathroom was updated but is tiny with a very small shower. Breakfast was free and excellent! Served high tea style with croissants, yogurt, and egg options. About a 10 min walk to the main city center.

The hotel is lovely. The hotel staff is very kind. Breakfasts included variety. The room was spacious enough for two people. The staff allowed us to check out late. It may not be the ideal hotel for someone with mobility issues. The shower in the bathroom was very small and it was difficult to get the shower head to stay.

The Opera House was absolutely wonderful! The staff were all courteous and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are nice, however ask for room 48. If you are lucky will have the most exquisite room you’ve ever seen. Our friends we were traveling with were the lucky ones. Stunning!

The breakfasts here were just beautiful. We arrived during a heat wave and were on the third floor. There’s no AC of fans. The rooms were small. However, they were clean and charming too. The location was perfect for walking to local restaurants and other attractions. I’d highly recommend, but am making clear that these are very small European rooms. Lovely staff, too.

They call the room a suite room, the charge you like it is the Hilton suite, and then you get a room that looks like a basement... and the pictures on the site are fake. They are not answering costumer E-mails. It felt like a scam hotel. it says it is a 4-star hotel, felt like a 2-star hotel, If you charge prices accordingly to the room's appearance, you will not get a review like this. Paid for 4 nights, left after 1 night...

Quaint hotel with a great level of detail to the little touches and amazing service and friendly staff - would definitely come back - the only thing I would say needs improving was the tiny bathroom and the pillows are too soft. Such a charming place and nice to find a hotel that’s unique rather than the standard bland hotels chains

The marble entry to the hotel was upscaled and inviting and we really enjoyed our stay. We really liked the breakfast every morning, we sat out on the back patio where it was calm and relatively warm in the mornings. They also had indoor seating in quiet areas of the main floor. Tables were covered with white linen and the settings were ventage. Excellent wait staff and coffee/tea was always refilled. You could have your eggs any way you wanted them and the fruit bowls were great. The room was a little warm, they had a Dyson fan running and we had the window open for fresh air. The bathroom was a little cramped but shower worked nicely.

We stayed for 4 nights. It was one of the best hotel experiences . Location was perfect! The staff were very courteous. Ashraf was very helpful. The breakfast was adequate. We would stay at this hotel again without any hesitation. Thank you again for making our stay pleasant.
