"Very pleasant hotel with excellent views. The complimentary breakfast has many delicious choices, and the staff were always cheerful and accommodating. Very comfortable and relaxing sitting area next to the breakfast room. The only downside is that there is a steep climb from the parking area to the hotel. The staff, however, were very helpful transporting luggage to and fro. Altogether a wonder stay."

"All the staff were welcoming and helpful but particularly Jessica at reception, Pedro in the restaurant looked after us so well and was so kind and accommodating. Marieke aka ‘breakfast mama’ was lovely and fun and friendly each morning overseeing everyone had what they needed for a tasty and generous breakfast. Thank you to you all for making our anniversary celebrations stay in Switzerland so lovely and memorable. Phil and Julie . "

"Lovely hotel with a room with a view of the Eigor. Room was lovely but only had one european socket the rest were swiss. Good ammenties in the room and bathroom. Would of liked more lighting in the room it was quite dark. Nice pool and spa area and staff were really helpful. They pick you up and take you back to the station if needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a good central nice hotel."
