"The only thing negative I can say is that the hotel held an event at my time of stay, and every floor smelled like cigarettes. Our room that night smelled like crazy. But amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing views and an amazing time. "

"This was the most beautiful hotel high up on the hill overlooking Wengen. Beautiful breathtaking views of the mountaintops, delicious breakfast every morning, grounds grounds and great amenities (pool, spa, slippers). "

"We were welcomed with a drink on the beautiful balcony while they brought our bags to the room. The room was spacious and air conditioned, however; the comforter was heavy. The breakfast was wonderful. A very nice buffet with an incredible view. They even had mimosas! The spa and outdoor tub looked nice but we did not use. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Great spot to get away from it all. Wonderful hiking trails, we hired e-bikes from reception to explore the area. The hot-pot (jacuzzi) was top, you need to book a slot with reception which means you have it just for your group which was great. The restaurant and bar were great quality and all staff very friendly. Can't wait to go back!"

"I had a great stay at Essential by Dorint Interlaken. Near train station makes travel easy and modern clean room is a plus. Breakfast was good and friendly staff added to the experience. What makes it unique it is conveniently located near shops, supermarket and restaurants. Some rooms have limited views and bit too warm but overall it is worth staying. Would surely recommend. "
