"Front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were comfy & bright. We drove there in our own car, and I’d recommend you drop off someone from your group to go fetch a garage key and map from the hotel staff before trying to park in the dedicated hotel parking area."

"Good comfortable place to stay in terms of location. Lavish breakfast spread. Comfortable parking. A bit tricky.. enter left just before the hotel entrance( kind of hidden) you may have to use the elevator to go to -2 but make sure you check in first as you need the access card to enter the parking. We choose castle view room . But was ok . "
