"We loved everything about our stay here. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, cleaned every day, and had a lovely balcony. The breakfast was a delicious buffet every day. "Odd place fine for one night. Bed not made when arrive sheets and pillows in a drawer? Reception telephone ringing from early but answered and pretty noisy in room next to reception. It was good value and near pompei if you have a car. I wont need to stay again and would look elsewhere if I returned to the area"

"Unfortunately this hotel was not for us. When we arrived we had to enter through an underground garage. The rooms were dated and we had ants in the bathroom. There are two sides to this hotel the wedding and party venue which looks very nice ...and the annex that we were put in. We moved the next morning. The hotel were understanding as we were meant to be there for a week, Expedia were excellent mediators."

"Reservierung lag bei Ankunft nicht vor. Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war nicht kompetent. Sprach überhaupt keine Fremdsprache. Wir hatten auch das Gefühl,dass sie es nicht wollte. Bekamen nicht das Zimmer,was wir wollten. Wollte sogar Feiertagszuschlag kassieren +20€. Das Zimmer und die Bettwäsche roch nach Rauch.Badezimmer an der Decke Schimmelbefall. Konnte kaum schlafen,da noch weit nach Mitternacht laut auf dem Flur diskutiert wurde. Frühstück war das Schlechteste während unserer ganzen...
