"This property is amazing! So quiet and serene away from the city. Visiting Florence is easy and I did it 2 times during my stay. U simply drive down the mountain about 15 min to San Lorenzo and catch 1hr train to Florence. The pool is amazing and the house has so much history. The drive up the mountain is about 15 minutes up some of it is unpaved but it is well WORTH it. Fantastic for families."

"This house/Mansion , slept the 5 guys after our Mugello track experience and the owner was incredible and was driven to make sure that we had everything we needed !!! I would go back in a heartbeat !!! It was several hundred yrs old and Meticulously maintained!!! Out of a 5 stars , I would give it 7 :-)!!!"

"My wife and I found the cutest villa on top of a mountain top. About 40 minutes. Outside of Florence called Villa Campestre. They were very accommodating with us deciding to have our rehearsal dinner with them last minute. Definitely not the easiest because there’s 20 people and they make all of their food in house. "A beautiful villa and Irene the land load was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately weather was bad for mid May and no heating at all, so it was freezing Would recommend the villa as it will be amazing in the sun, but advice you take everything with you from hand soap, washing liquid, mops, trashing machine detergent as nothing available except 1 toilet role per bathroom. We still enjoyed the place and the wonderful cooking of the cook as she prepared for us an Italian feast that I requested...

"Overall a very nice stay. Pool area with garden and sun beds were excellent. The house was well set up for a big family or in our case two families. Big bedrooms and sufficient bathrooms. Well equipped house and true to description. "This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "
