"My wife and I found the cutest villa on top of a mountain top. About 40 minutes. Outside of Florence called Villa Campestre. They were very accommodating with us deciding to have our rehearsal dinner with them last minute. Definitely not the easiest because there’s 20 people and they make all of their food in house. "Stayed at the property for 3 weeks in June. The check in process was very fast and professional and we got a tour around the Villa at check in. The Villa itself was very nice and clean. We were 5 adults and 3 kids that stayed at the villa. The beds were good and we all slept well except there is no air condition but there were fans in every room that helped a lot with the heat on the 2nd floor. "A beautiful villa and Irene the land load was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately weather was bad for mid May and no heating at all, so it was freezing Would recommend the villa as it will be amazing in the sun, but advice you take everything with you from hand soap, washing liquid, mops, trashing machine detergent as nothing available except 1 toilet role per bathroom. We still enjoyed the place and the wonderful cooking of the cook as she prepared for us an Italian feast that I requested...

"Really enjoyed our holiday, relaxing by the pool taking in the view. We found the rail network easy to access… only 1.5 hours to Florence from Dicomano. There’s a lovely park and cycle/walk way in Vicchio (park is Lago di Montelleri and cycle/walk way by the river is Pista Ecotourism Sieve)."
