"Ok place to stay with a small kitchenette, close to the train station & shops, and food places that are open relatively later during the evening. Note: there is no reception deck. You have to connect through emails/ calls. The same code is used to enter the building, your room, and other sections. The issue is that one is supposed to get code a day in advance, which has not worked well for 2 times I have stayed here. One gets a quick response after contacting the Vision Apartments support team...

"Sehr schöne Wohnung am Ortsausgang des Ortes Menzenschwand. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, auf der von der Ortsstraße (Verkehr ist überschaubar, da das Tal und die Straße mit dem Beginn des Wandergebietes endet) abgewandten Seite, im Obergeschoss und ist über zwei Etagen verteilt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ein kleiner Bestand an Artikeln zum Kochen/Trinken ist sogar vorhanden und kann direkt gekauft werden (sozusagen Minibar+). Das örtliche Wandergebiet ist nur wenige Gehminuten...

"Excellent value for the money! The flat has a perfect location. It is within walking distance to a supermarket, and two precious French towns, St. Louis and Huningue. Both towns have a pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, and shops. Colmar, France is 45 minutes away and the train station in Basil is about 6 km. "

"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. But it invited some bugs too.. and noise of trams& cars passing by. Extra towels would have been helpful, we had to wash...

"Very quirky hotel in the centre of Mulhouse! Parking downstairs in the car park, not expensive, bit awkward to get to but directions from the hotel were very good. Plenty of eating places around and within walking distance. Lovely rooms, we had a suite this time, good size. Breakfast is buffet style and varied! We will definitely be returning! "

"The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk was super helpful…. The breakfast was great. The one negative was the shower stall. I do expect to take a show without hurting myself. The stall was simply too small, I can’t turn around without turn off or turning the water too hot. It was smaller than the ones on cruise ships. Worst of all, the shower was very slippery and I almost fell. I heard the same complaint from our friends. This has to be addressed. Overall it was a very nice hotel and it would be excellent if they fix e shower issue. "

Perfect location

"The hotel is in the perfect location - near to the train station and the city centre. Our room was a good size, bed was comfy, and there was a kettle for making tea and coffee, which was great. The only downside to our trip was the swimming pool and sauna were closed for renovations...and we had booked the hotel especially to use those facilities. "

Beautiful Basel Break

"I was allocated a room on the 11th floor so the view from My bedroom window of the city was amazing, even at night as all the street lights came on. The location of the Hotel was ideal for Me as it meant I was able to walk to the Basel football shopping centre in 15 minutes and to the Rhine river and hills which surround the city. It was also only 20 minutes walk from the main station although there was also a tram stop 2 minutes walk away which linked the location to the centre and of course was free as is all public transport during the duration of any stay. "
